In accordance with UNED regulations, students should be at the examination centre at least half an hour before the start time and should bring an official identification document (ID card or Passport) and the receipt of their application, whose bar code shall enable them to enter the exam room. Students who fail to bring the aforementioned receipt shall be attended to after all other students who have brought the required receipt.
In no case shall individuals accompanying the student be allowed to access the exam venue and students shall not remain in the exam venue (hallways or other rooms) after completing the exam. At all times, silence and order must be kept while entering or exiting the exam centre.
IMPORTANT NOTE:EXAM REGULATIONS.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HOLD, PLACE ON THE DESK OR USE ELECTRONIC DEVICES (MOBILE PHONE, WATCHES, CALCULATORS, ETC) OR ANY OTHER UNAUTHORIZED MATERIALS MENTIONED UNDER THE “INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES” SECTION OF THE EXAM PAPER. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REGULATION SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT.
Students who sit PCE or EBAU tests at UNED should abide by UNED’s Regulations for in-person tests, which include the following:
Students shall go to the site of the exams at least half an hour before the hour signalled for the start of the exam, bringing with them the corresponding identify document (DNI) or passport and the receipt of their application with the bar code that will allow them to access the exam. These documents should remain on the student’s table throughout the entire exam.
At the time the exam is delivered to the student, only the authorized exam material shall be permitted within his/her reach. Therefore, unless expressly authorized, the use or even possession of any other type of material for consultation or assistance (books, notes, notebooks, sheets without verification code, programmable calculators, etc.) shall be strictly prohibited, as well as electronic devices with communication and/or data storage capacity (for example, personal computers, electronic wristbands and watches, electronic pens, mobile phones and tablets and/or similar devices).
All of these devices shall remain off and out of the student’s reach and sight until leaving the exam site.
1. Students should refrain from conducting behaviors contrary to academic discipline during exams, among others:
a) Copying of any sort.
b) Communication of any sort with another student or another individual located inside or outside of the exam site.
c) Impersonation and falsification of documents.
d) Failure to comply with the indications of members of the Tribunal and/or the Support Committee.
e) Alter of the normal course of the exam process.
f) Offense or disregard of members of the Tribunal, Support Commission or other students.
g) Other offenses indicated in the Regulation of disciplinary regime of the students of the UNED.
2. The student may request a receipt of having completed the exam. (…) These certifications may only be requested by the student upon delivery of the exam that justifies them.
When a student carries our any of the behaviors described above, the member of the Tribunal and the Support Commission that performs the action shall proceed to:
a) Remove the exam to the student with a brief note of the incident on the same, stamping his legible signature on it.
b) Expel the student from the exam hall. In the event that the incident occurs during the first half hour of the exam, the exam will be withdrawn, but the student should remain in the classroom until the end of this first half hour. Subsequently, the expulsion will be effective and the student shall leave the classroom.
c) The incident shall be recorded in the Act, including the student’s name, identification (DNI) or passport number, date, time and course; as well as the first and last name of the member of the Tribunal who has recorded the incident and a brief report on the events taking place.
During the first half hour of the official start time of the exams will be able to access the classroom, without implying an increase in the time set for the exam, unless the delay is attributable to the University. Once the exams have begun, no student will be allowed to leave the classroom until after an hour from the time set for the start of the exam, nor will they enter the classroom after the first half hour has elapsed.
Unless the head of the exam establishes other conditions, all students present in the classroom shall submit only the exam paper with duly completed personal data. Care will be taken to prevent a student from leaving the classroom without submitting their exam, even if they wish to withdraw without doing it. In the event that the student does not deliver the exam or refuses to turn it in at the request of the Tribunal, the incident will be recorded in the Acts and will be sent to the Center for Prevention, Conflict Resolution and Inspection (CPRI).
The student who, for any reason, shall leave the exam room will deliver his/her exercise and will not be able to re-enter, except in exceptional cases in the judgment of the Tribunal.
At the time of delivering the exam to the Tribunal, each student shall identify themselves by presenting again the documentation with which they accessed the classroom. The Tribunal will proceed to scan every and each one of the exams for the correct functioning of the telematic return.
